Before You Request a Quote

Please read our website development policies. They explain what we build, how quotes work and what happens next. Custom projects can cost as little as $300 and range up to $150,000.

Projects we accept

  • Business websites, portfolios, landing pages, web applications, online tools, and other legitimate digital projects.
  • Both simple websites and more complex projects may be considered.
  • Every request is reviewed individually before a price or timeline is provided.

Projects we do not accept

  • No political websites, political campaign websites, or websites primarily intended to promote political parties or candidates.
  • No illegal activities, scams, fraudulent services, or deceptive websites.
  • No websites intended to facilitate harassment, abuse, or other harmful activities.
  • LeMoine Group reserves the right to decline projects that do not meet its policies or capabilities.

Quotes and project timelines

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Requests may take up to 24–48 hours to be viewed. Please allow this time before following up.
  • Prices are determined by the project's complexity, features, design requirements, and workload.
  • Custom website projects can cost as little as $300, with larger projects ranging up to $150,000 depending on scope.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided after reviewing the request.
  • A quote is not a confirmed booking. Work begins only after the project scope, price, payment arrangements, and timeline have been agreed upon in writing.
  • Any changes to the original requirements may affect the price and delivery date.

Payments

  • Available payment methods may include bank transfers, wire transfers, and other payment methods approved by LeMoine Group. Not every method is available for every customer or country.
  • The accepted payment method, payment schedule, applicable fees, and any deposit requirements will be communicated before work begins.
  • We never ask for payment through this website, and payment details are only shared privately once terms are agreed.

Ownership and delivery

  • The project agreement will specify what files, source code, domain access, design assets, and other deliverables are included.
  • Ownership and transfer terms must be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
  • Third-party services, software subscriptions, hosting, domain registrations, and other external costs will be disclosed where applicable.
  • You must have the rights to any text, images, logos, or other materials you provide.

  • Please provide a valid email address so we can respond.
  • Your contact details and project information are only used to review and respond to your request, subject to our Privacy Policy.
  • Submitted information is never displayed publicly.
